PMA Medical Requirements 2026 – Updated Height, Weight, BMI, Eyesight & Fitness Standards

Medical fitness is one of the most important steps in the PMA Long Course 2026 selection process. Every applicant must meet strict height, weight, BMI, eyesight, and physical standards set by the Pakistan Army.
